2026 Thrive: Pastors Conference

Join us at OVCN from October 3-6, 2026, for THRIVE: Growing a Healthy Church, a free conference designed for all pastors—lead, kids, youth, connections, worship, and their spouses!

We’ll kick things off Saturday afternoon and wrap up after dinner on Tuesday. Since this is an immersive experience, we ask that you only sign up if you can attend the full conference—you won’t want to miss a moment!

God has graciously grown OVCN in recent years, and we want to offer pastors a transparent, behind-the-scenes look at the intentional culture and systems that have helped sustain that health.

The conference is free, we’ll cover most meals and provide host homes, so your only cost is travel and local transportation.

Attendance is limited to 100 pastors to keep the environment relational and interactive, with priority given to those who have not attended before.
